For the fifth consecutive day, the Israeli occupation forces have
prevented Palestinian residents, 35 years old and under,
from leaving the governorate of Tulkarim.
This news comes after the Israeli army erected checkpoints at the main
entrances of Tulkarim near Jibara in the south and Anab in the east.
In a show of solidarity with the village of Sosia, foreign sympathizers
and local residents organized a rally to protest the ongoing Israeli
violations in the area.
The head of the village council said that despite a court order allowing
the residents of Sosia to stay in their land,
the sheds they’re building on, the Israeli occupation authority
demanded them to leave unless they get building permits.
連続五日間、イスラエル占領軍は、35歳以下のパレスチナ住民が
トゥルカレム行政区域から出るのを阻止しました。
イスラエル軍が南部の Anab と東部の Jibara 近郊のトゥルカレム正面玄関に
検問所を建設した後、この知らせが来ます。
Sosia 村との連帯を示し、外国の支援者と地元住民が
その区域で進行中のイスラエルの侵害に抗議する集会を組織しました。
村評議会の長は Sosia の住民が土地に留まり、
建設中の小屋に滞在することを許可している法廷命令にもかかわらず、
イスラエル占領当局は、建設許可証を受けとらないなら、
立ち去るよう要求したと述べました。

On June 6, 2007, the Supreme Court of Justice issued an order
allowing us to return and live on our land.
However, the court overturned its decision
and left us to the mercy of the Israeli civil administration,
which treated the sheds as buildings that require special permits.
The Israeli civil administration gave us one month
to apply for a building permit
knowing that if we file a hundred applications, they will be denied.
2007年6月6日、最高裁判所は、我々に帰還し、
我々の土地に住むことを許可する命令を出しました。
しかし法廷はその決定を覆し、我々をイスラエル民政局の慈悲に委ねました。
民政局は小屋を特別な許可を必要とする建物として取り扱いました。
民政局は、建設許可証を申請する為に一か月の猶予を与えました。
我々がたとえ百通の申請書を提出しても、拒否されるだけだと分かっていて。

In the Governorate of Talkarim, the bulldozers of the Israeli occupation
have completed building the apartheid wall on the land of Hafasi Village
near the Abni Hafez settlement southeast of Tulakarim.
トゥルカレム行政区で、イスラエル占領軍のブルドーザーは
トゥルカレム南東の Abni ハフェッツ入植地近郊の
Hafasi 村の土地にアパルトヘイトの壁を作り終えました。

According to local sources in Tulkarim, the completion of the apartheid
wall has led to the confiscation of large areas of the village,
where the local residents were denied entry to their land
unless they have special permits.
トゥルカレムの地元の情報提供者によれば、
アパルトヘイトの壁の完成は、村の大部分の土地の没収に導きました。
特別許可証がなければ、地元住民は自らの土地に入ることを拒否されました。

My cousin Rushdi and I have lost more than 30 Dunums of land
to the apartheid wall.
In addition, they confiscated between 7 and 8 Dunums of land
that belongs to my cousin Ziyad Ahmad Oudi, Abu Mazen.
Abu Mazrn’s land was developed and planted with roman olive trees,
which Israel uprooted.
従兄弟のルシュディと私は、アパルトヘイトの壁の為に
30ドゥナム以上の土地を失いました。
更に従兄弟の Ziyad アフマド Oudi アブ・マーゼンの
7、8ドゥナムの土地を没収しました。

The wall passes behind our house.
This poses danger to the lives of our children.
We can’t move freely from one area to the other.
In contrast, the Israeli children on the other side of the wall
have large play grounds, where they can do what ever pleases them.
We are living here in humiliation and danger.
The wall is suffocating us,
and we can’t move freely from one place to another.
Besides this house, they confiscated our land
and took everything we owned.
